Despite companies continually laying off accessibility folks, I continue to see people still in those companies pushing for accessibility. Too many people know this matters now, that shared understanding cant be laid off.

It has been a really rough day and I appreciate the outpouring of support from everyone. The amazing @stevesaylor.net once said something like "every company should have an Elisabeth," and now is your company's chance! I'm on the job market after layoffs and looking for my next role.
