It did air in the US but, as far as I know, only on Telemundo. In the weeks afterward, there were places online you could find the footage. YouTube didn’t exist then, it was shock sites like rotten.com. To this day, I’ve never seen any of it though. Not an abyss I wanted to look into.

At the time, I saw references online to people jumping & my impression was that that footage aired overseas but not in the US
