Just this guy, you know? He/They

REMEMBER The guidance coming into effect today doesn't dictate what you're allowed to do as an individual. It for service providers and business owners. Do not cower in fear, do not reduce yourself, do not isolate, that is one of the intended effects.

Photo taken at a protest, he background is tall old buildings of a city centre, a lightskined hand is holding a sign with a trans flag painted on it that says "fuck your "respect and clarity""

“We’ve recruited a Nazi who is well qualified to teach the police about combating extremism and antisemitism” is maybe the most 2020s British politics sentence I have seen so far this decade

Even I am taken aback at the new and surprising ways these people find to insult the public’s intelligence and make it more clear the only operative professional standard in force is “LOL fuck you”

Badenoch said: "So I want to be very clear, and I think people can look at me and know that I'm not a person who would be recruiting neo-Nazis to the Conservative Party.
"Joshua Bonehill-Paine is someone who actually has been certified by the Home Office to train police officers on anti-Semitism and on countering extremism.
"Yes, he is somebody who had been previously convicted for this, but he is someone has shown contrition for his crimes, has been rehabilitated and is spending every day working to solve the very problem which he knew he had caused previously.
"He's going up and down the country training people and the Conservative Party believes in second chances.
"This is not just someone that we've picked up who's a convicted criminal, this is somebody who is actively working to help communities, especially Jewish communities and this is what I want to see.
"I want second chances for people, for people who've learned their lessons, for people who are showing that they know what they did was wrong.
"What I don't want to see is early release of people who have no contrition whatsoever, who don't care, and who are going to be out on the streets actually harming people.

if a muslim immigrant wrote an article stating he wanted to rape british schoolchildren (as liddle did) the press now praising liddle would be outraged. not on behalf of any potential danger to children, though, they don't care about that. they'd be outraged at the writer not knowing his place

it is more desirable to them that rod liddle beat his pregnant partner than if he had not. they like him more for it, because it reinforces their hierarchies more. men over women, adults over children, etc. it is comforting for them to see their hierarchy play out true

the mainstream press praising rod liddle in death are not unaware he was a bigoted pedophile, they like him for it. the people in their in-group, at the top of their hierarchy, getting away with crimes signals that the world is in order. it is a moral good, to them. the bigger the crimes the better

That said, let us take a moment to thank our Bluesky Trans and Furry Elders for freaking out Jack Dorsey so much he bolted and left us this nice social media playground, taking most of his crypto chuds with him. We thank you for your service.

From the leaked Labour Report. Deputy leader Watson later orchestrated an extremely dubious BBC Panorama “expose” of his party, while Austin resigned and ran an opaquely funded “anti-extremism” campaign all over TV in the election, urging people to vote Tory. He was given a peerage by Boris Johnson.

This approach allowed for decisions to be influenced by personal responsibilities and political allegiances. For example, after complaints about Rod Liddle over transphobic and Islamophobic comments, GLU proposed suspending him and wrote to LOTO to let them know (as Rod Liddle is a journalist). LOTO agreed with the proposed suspension. However, GLU's Director then informed the Executive Director of Governance, Membership and Party Services that "apparently Rod Liddle is chummy with lan Austin & by extension TW [Tom Watson]" and suggested they "sit on it for now" rather than suspend immediately. The Executive Director replied "Ok. I will speak to lan", presumably a reference to consulting lan Austin on a disciplinary case against his friend. Two days later, however, on 6 May 2016, Stolliday emailed Oldknow:
Apparently Rod Liddle is chummy with lan Austin & by extension TW [Tom Watson].
I still want to do this but we're not under pressure to do it - so may just sit on it for
now
Oldknow replied: "Ok. / will speak to lan", presumably a reference to lan Austin.

Ah, this warms the cockles of my cold, dead heart. Wait til you see the price a TERF had to pay for lying about a trans woman. "...also be required to publish a court-approved apology that must remain pinned on their social media channels for three months" www.lgbtqnation.com/2026/07/an-a...

An anti-trans activist lied about a trans athlete injuring cis women. Now she has to pay the price. - LGBTQ Nation

Kirralie Smith admitted in court she didn't have any evidence to back up her claim about a trans woman injuring two cis women.

If the new leader is performing better than the previous Prime Minister, because he’s a politician and the previous PM was a Sooty glove puppet for Peter Mandelson and five guys in a trenchcoat: does that not raise questions about how a talentless glove puppet came to be PM?

Andy Burnham is a professional politician - and that's working wonders for him

As I recall, Tony Blair’s boss Larry Ellison said the point of AI is to force people to behave themselves, and I think we should be pretty fucking clear what people like that crank mean, when they say they want to make “people” “behave themselves”.
