correct are you serious about beating fascism or not? get in, we’re beating them in november you can be mad, you can be disappointed, but at the end of the day having someone with D in any and all seats is better than having someone with an R in them

I meant to post this last night but if you’re mad about any of the primary results you got 24 hours to bleed, try not to say anything you’ll regret in 48, and then it’s Blue No Matter Who.

El-Sayed seems a fair talent. There remains a significant anti-Muslim faction. Stevens walking head first into Israel didn’t help her. The polls are screwed, but I would imagine a portion of her votes were tactical. Tight or not, the move against regular Democrats cannot be ignored.

El-Sayed: "If all Mike Rogers got is that 'his name is Abdul, and my name is Mike,' you're gonna be surprised how many people are like, 'Yeah, but that's the Abdul who wants to bring down the price of my groceries and make sure I got healthcare. So yeah, I like Abdul over your Mike from Florida.'"

If you have to make that argument: “I think my party’s Black leadership is a hindrance but I do not feel comfortable as a white man being the one to criticize them” explaining it better doesn’t help, it’s just the kind of thing where if you’re coming out and saying it, you’re losing.

My position as a card-carrying Neolib shill is that I'd rather elect DSAers who win Dem primaries over literally any Republican. It's Vote Blue No Matter Who praxis time, baybeeeeee

I think there's a selection of people who believe that certain things are endowed with magical, nay, mystical qualities, and that those things are kept from them by a conspiracy of people with no other goal than malice, and this informs people's takes on Vimes' boot theory.

NEWS: Rep. Chuck Edwards (R-NC) just dropped out of his re-election race at 3:32 a.m.m. He said he’s done running but will finish out his term. This after the House Ethics Committee found “substantial reason to believe [he] violated House Rules related to sexual harassment and hostile workplaces.”
