I had to highlight this tribute to Mamoru Oshii's live action film "Stray Dogs - Keberos Panzer Cops" in the new animated movie "Patlabor EZY - File 1". They literally recreated almost all of the shots from the original 1991 trailer.

Seven of eight consecutive movies over half a billion each, and even the pandemic-hobbled Tenet is well past $300 million. Not even Spielberg put up those numbers.
