Science/physics people: Is it a relevant question (knowing it does not matter) or even knowable how long a plank second actually is? Can there even be a point where maximum precision in the ratio of plank-time:second is achieved?

Tonight was a rare night out by ourselves for Katie and I. Sushi and drinks, outside at Wakame (our favorite sushi joint in Minneapolis). We celebrated 14-years married together. Seems ... wow. We're old? But it's cool, too.
