Sometimes I wonder about the impact of politicians and media treating Ardern with such misogynistic contempt for years on end and it’s pretty frightening to consider that all that energy didn’t die when Ardern left, and is now funneled into policy, and misogyny/ racism is normalised (and rewarded).

Placing bets now that if you’re a woman who has experienced misogyny in New Zealand you’ll know exactly what this is.

Teach your kids that if a dog is interested in you, they will come to you. *If they don't, leave them the fuck alone* If they do, teach kids to extend their hand *under* the dog's nose, not from above. And *always* ask the owner/person with the dog for permission. 🤷‍♂️

A vote for National, NZFirst, or ACT is a vote to keep older kiwis in poverty, and to make their poverty worse. This coalition government has actively passed policies that have made things tougher for everyone who isn't in the wealthy donor class. It will only get worse if they are voted back in.
