I think "Ted Lasso" really worked when it confronted actual darkness, like Ted's anxiety and depression, or Roy's fear of being irrelevant, or Rebecca's volcanic anger. I would love it if the new season dealt with some of that again. There's plenty left to work with.

"Ted Lasso" has definitely become the show that the people who always disliked "Ted Lasso" always thought that it was. Does that mean that it always WAS that show? Dunno — times change, shows change, culture changes — but as somebody who is prone to smugness, I live to see smugness rewarded.

The DuckDuckGo experiment has ended for now. Like last time I tried this, it worked until it didn't. Today, for some reason, it simply stopped opening new tabs on my phone. Ah well. We'll see how long I can last with Chrome before I quit it forever again.

Probably my favorite comic event ever. It’s insane and hopeful. Morrison and everyone working for DC at the time dreaming big dreams. And you could hand it to a fifth grader and they’d get all of it. (Provided they could lift the omnibus edition of course.)
