I'm glad it's been declined. It's a sadly familiar routine perpetrators trying to use victims to launder their reputation. If someone genuinely wants to make amends they do so quietly and on the victim's terms. They don't trumpet their plans to meet in the media. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

OTD in 1940, USSR formally annexed Latvia. Soviets troops had been "invited in" (in accordance with absolutely nothing to do with our treaty with Nazis) & then held "elections" where 99%+ voted to join USSR. None of this should sound familiar to you.

I was part of a group of people who helped collate evidence of his horrific behaviour on behalf of his less tech-savvy victims. Most of the police forces involved were useless too. They didn't understand social media and how this idiot was weaponising it to harass and abuse people.
