In May 2023, City Council allowed multiplexes with 4 units and 3 stories on all residential land. This was expanded with a 6 unit study in Ward 23 in February 2025. 6 units was planned to be rolled out to the rest of the city in June 2025 but was limited by Council to the old city and ward 23. 2/
