That's that good sugary trash like a big boy likes. Former Kansan, current Tennessean. Another chump in higher ed. Proud union member.

Surprising no one, I have designed and built some bookshelves for my living room that don't fit through the door to the house. (I figured this out partway through assembly and I can just disassemble a few parts to get it in, but it's still embarrassing) They're not quite finished, but they're close.

Some wooden bookshelves with a dark stain finish in a garage. They are mostly, but not completely finished and ready to not go through the door to my house because they're too tall.

I pulled up the tile in the entryway today. Some of them are cracked and the sealant surface the previous owners put on it has always been Not Great, so I'm replacing the tile. In the process, I discovered a secret floor vent that *is* hooked up to the central air! Great work everyone! 🙄

Tile floor in the process of being torn up. There are some bare spots where the tile has been removed and a small pile of debris. Crucially, there is no central air floor register, the entire space is tile. The floor with all tile and debris removed from the entryway. There is a surprise floor register where cold air is coming up that had been fully blocked off by tiles.

Hey if you're having a bad day just remember this dude has your back. You can visit them at the UFO Watchtower in Hooper Colorado, a highly recommended stop if you find yourself in the San Luis Valley.
