If Rapids is behaving like this, then, yes, Hong can win a statewide election. (As anyone who can actually extrapolate data should have already cobbled together, despite the depressingly pervasive moderate/anti-progressive insistence otherwise.)

Made the mistake of opening Zillow out of curiosity about a property... god its depressing. I swear every property in Madison is asking $100k or worse above assessed, and even at assessed value none of these places seems like you're getting the right value for the price. Just a giant ripoff.
