Our new study in @cellpress.bsky.social, looks directly into the paternal germline. We combined whole-genome sequencing of parent–child trios with ultra-accurate sequencing of sperm from fathers of children with developmental disorders, to connect mutations transmitted to a child.

A special note for future postdocs interested in mouse hematopoietic evolution: we have an exciting position co-supervised by David Scadden and Matthias Nahrendorf. Great project with wonderful mentors—please reach out if you’d like to learn more!
