My Haitian friend was just fired from his job. "They said I don't have a legal status now." This is likely happening to hundreds of thousands of people across this country today. Sick.
What is Tank Lawrence’s tax policy?
#Seahawks OLB DeMarcus Lawrence told Bump & Stacy that he was "very close" to retiring, and he explained why he's back with the champs. "It's easy to take over a kingdom. The hard part is when you've got the kingdom and now it's time to defend it." sports.mynorthwest.com/nfl/seattle-...
In February, USA Rugby banned trans women from all levels of one of the world’s most inclusive sports. What happened next was telling. Across the country, teams refused to comply. The story of the Baltimore Ferals, who are pushing back: www.thebanner.com/sports/rugby...
A month later and no answers/accountability. Instead, the story seems to be fading out of the mainstream. A 1-year-old was shot by the police over an accusation of shoplifting a box of diapers. This should talked about nonstop on every national media outlet until the officer is held accountable.
In a society that actually cares about people, someone who's even believed to be stealing diapers would be met with assistance, resources, and money to make sure they would never again feel like they must steal for their basic needs. In the U.S., we respond by sending government sanctioned killers.

Tuberville claimed Alabama residency in August 2018. He and his wife voted in Florida three months later.

Tuberville: "We probably have four or five senators that didn't legally win. They shouldn't be up here."
His ex-wife said “that she wanted to speak publicly because she had previously reported concerns to his superiors in the military about his mental health. She said he was abusive in their relationship,” and he asked her to lie for him. Exactly the kind of chud you’d expect to work for ICE.

An ex-wife told the Press Herald that David Brouillette called her and admitted he was the ICE agent who shot Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero.

every now and then I have to remind myself of how visually looney tunes everything has gotten
Michael Fanone's take on Lindsey Graham is one of the most powerful I've read:
Another thought on this - storage space (ie - SSDs) have increased so sharply in price that storing digital games is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive. Discs are DIRT CHEAP to produce - so even if you have to install them, you have a physical, cheap solution right there.
I guess that's that then, huh? The end of buying games for PlayStation for me - at least, for the most part. I guess I'll still play some games from time to time but talk about destroying interest in a platform. Only Nintendo remains but for how long? blog.playstation.com/2026/07/01/p...
I also want to draw your attention to a little linguistic trick that anti-trans groups have been using for years. Notice that they're not saying "men from women's sports" or "boys from girls' sports," but "men from girls' sports." This is intentional, and is meant to conjure up specific imagery.
This is directly out of the far-right's playbook, de-anonymizing social media and crushing queer online spaces under the excuse of "protecting children." Haidt is avowedly anti-trans a d was literally part of Epstein's clique: transnews.network/p/epstein-ba...
Dems' "Project 2029" first major policy proposal: an online child safety plan — narrowing Sec. 230, banning social media for kids under 16, promoting phone-free childhoods and more. Already backed by Cory Booker, Mikie Sherrill, Randi Weingarten + Jonathan Haidt. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Our games industry is people. Our studios are people. Our teams people, our games by people for people. Our games are made by people, in groups of people, in teams of people, making people things for people. The magic is people, and the people deserve so much better than all this. I am so sorry.
Repeatedly refers to blockades and shields as violent tactics. Tracking public officials is stalking. Will not give any information about how many law enforcement officers were hurt. And reporters aren't having any of it. There was not a single "oh good idea!" voice in the room.
SC Gov. McMaster signed a anti-trans bathroom bill into law on 5/15. In advancing the bill, it was amended so that schools could install a temporary outdoor bathroom for trans/nonbinary students — basically a porta-potty. The law includes that amendment. They’re making trans kids pee outside. 1/

The single most defining thing Elon Musk has ever done is killing untold numbers of people by having DOGE illegally raid and disband USAID. Not rickets, not cars, not even the CSAMbot on X. It’s this, and so many media pundits just choose to unsee it.
