normal should be a government run by good people who care about making things better and are actually trying to do so

new york is a very big city but it's still a city and the experience most new yorkers have with the guy at this point is the friendly smiling mayor who maybe you see around town on a bike or something and he's fixing all the potholes it's a lot harder to fearmonger against lived experience
