Honestly devastating. World’s Edge has been doing incredible work with Age of Empires over the last five years - reinvigorating the series in a way I honestly thought would never happen after Ensemble shut down. Absolute gutted to hear that team has been hit so hard.

Because they have not come for you (yet) does not mean they have failed. Fascism is not an equally distributed political project of harm(s). It is a continuous and discontinuous political project unfolding and situational political violences of all sorts. And what it leaves in place after matters.
There's the obvious issue - that he doesn't care until something affects him - and then the secondary issue: he's been carrying an ideology and actively voting a certain way while fully believing he will be unaffected regardless. In other words, he's been using voting only as a weapon towards others
