To me, it’s kinda the inherent flaw to revolutionary violence and the vanguard model in particular - even if the violence is justified in the early phase (Ustase got what was coming to them, eg), shooting your enemies is an easy habit to get locked into.

The weirdest part to me of there being a continuing Harry Potter fanbase is that HP as a brand has not had anything new or culturally relevant in over a decade. Those Fantastic Beasts movies were *bad*. Feels like its sustained purely by marketing and nostalgia.
