I got a shitload of work put on my plate on Tuesday (on top of my already full plate) so it kinda feels like I’m bussing tables at the life buffet and nobody ever gets full.

Glad I invested hundreds of dollars of soil, pots, seeds and grow lights so I could grow a small pile of my own lettuce.

I'm making baklava, then taking a chilly shower while it's in the oven. Is this seduction? Am I doing it right?

My dad was murdered when I was 8 so yeah, you can’t hurt me but nice try. Wait, is that too dark?

I made a dry rub for some pork chops I’m gonna grill tonight, and I’m playing outside in my garden. Have a safe and happy Saturday ❤️

Today, I’m open to the right possibilities.

Eating a package of ham at my desk like a caveman. It really does help make sure my coworkers are scared of me. “Oh that’s Susan. Don’t bother her during her ham time.”

Back to work tomorrow after almost a week off. I should probably put an emergency edible in my purse just in case.
