Ban guns, slowly transition people into smaller (Camry-sized) electric cars, have a Medicaid public option so there's a floor for health insurance, and have strict vaccination laws? That's a huge set of wins that are very hard to impossible with political will BUT could be done.
This is also the purpose of bsky (raises hand as example)
