Oh The Urbanity!@ohtheurbanity.bsky.social · last mo.Vancouver is #1 among World Cup host cities this year for the number of people who can easily take transit to the stadium. Boston is the biggest surprise due to its stadium being in the middle of nowhere (transit-wise).
Kind of wild to be living through the creation of a Lost Generation when it comes to education because of the proliferation of LLMs in schools and universities.
Year after year, we'll be seeing our weather made chaotic, the systems we depend rendered brittle, our homes threatened and the capacities for change in our communities tested by urgent problems — and often depleted. This is not the future. We're seeing it happen all around us, now.
