"don't make enough money" is a fig leaf All those degree programs--social work, art, etc.--have disproportionately female student bodies. This is designed to make it harder for women to attend college--college education being a key factor in women's autonomy from men & left-leaning voting pattern.

This is how I make flyers without AI. You fill in the info, then go to a place that makes copies and make 500 copies of this and stick them on walls. Take a photo of the flyer to post to social media. Feel free to steal this template, graphic design IS my passion.

"Data centers bring jobs..." makes me laugh as spouse of IT person responsible for an international organization. Their data center is 2,000 miles away. EVERY THING is done remotely. There's nobody there. Nobody is making that daily commute.
