Rich urbanites need to allow apartments to be built near them to lower rents and they need to allow themselves to be taxed more to fund services and housing if they want to eliminate homelessness. Both involve sharing (money/space/amenities), which the rich urbanite is loathe to do.

I got into a hollering argument about trans rights with a chud at my Olympic weightlifting gym a few years ago. A few weeks later, he dropped a full-blown N-bomb during a casual conversation. It's like clockwork.
