Mother in law bought me a fancy cheese hamper for my birthday last week and maybe I'm just getting middle aged as fuck, but it was the highlight of my birthday. Fancy cheese hamper! There was this cheese called Rachel? It was a goats cheese that was kind of like Gouda. 10/10.

A number of foolish people arguing that transphobic groups should be proscribed instead as if the whole system of proscription isn't very nakedly "we want the right to lock up everyone we don't like" full stop, as if we haven't seen old ladies locked up most weekends for resisting genocide.

The cruelty is the point with the people in power across the NHS whenever trans children are concerned. Utter dereliction of basic medical duty of care throughout this process. Literally no consideration of the acute harms and risks of forced medical detransition.
Very foolishly spilled biryani on my camera (don't ask). Has anyone had any experience with getting a camera serviced? Would this fix it permanently smelling of spices? The buttons are also sticky. I'm very stressed about it.
the guardian doesn't mention this but maureen always spoke very expansively about LGBT rights. she wrote a play in *1968* about a trans woman transitioning whilst working in a laundrette and she was in a long term relationship with at least trans woman. as ever: fuck the guardian

Just checked and this is real - Scottish Labour’s manifesto refers to trans people using slurs and commits to a policy of explicit segregation in public life
