I think it...probably would. The Charity Commission generally takes a pretty expansive view of what charities can do provided the activity is for want of a better term legitimate. They are more concerned with issues of financial governance.

I don’t think the Charity Commission would let Amnesty International UK get away with describing any other charity organised around beliefs which are protected in English law as “anti-rights”, nor should it do so.

It is funny that as more people get duped by AI, the response more frequently seems to be to insist that the models are developing godlike intelligence and we all need to be sooo careful when the real lesson is clearly that the human psyche can get absolutely one-shotted by personalized flattery
