I mean - if what they 'figured out' is "let almost a decade of time pass which is exactly how long it takes people who loved the MCU as kids in the 2010s and decided they were too cool for it as teenagers in the 2020s to age into being nostalgic for it again" then ...yeah, they probly did though 🤷♂️
While this latest Spider-Man movie was truly excellent, it’s not necessarily a sign that Marvel has figured out how to get things back on track. Read more from @charlespulliam.bsky.social:
I shit a lot on the Phantom Menace, but it did accurately predict how most journalists would react to fascism
Remember, Kevin Feige has bosses whom he has to answer to, so don't automatically point the finger at him if you feel women and people of colour are being marginalised at Marvel. Chrissake, he was pushing for more diverse heroes back when Perlmutter was his boss.
Destin Daniel Cretton says that it isn’t Kevin Feige's fault that ‘WONDER MAN’ was cancelled. “If the business was right, we would be making that show because I know [Feige] loves that show as much as I do.” (Source: www.thewrap.com/creative-con...)
I always love to see these comments asking if artificial intelligence no longer exists. They’re openly admitting that they’re scared to go back to a time when they have to rely on their own intelligence to do something.

I really hate how much conspiracy shit has been normalized now. Anything people don't like or understand is now a conspiracy against them. They get mad at fictional bullshit, but will turn a blind eye to bad things they should actually get mad about
A lesson that I really wish more people on social media would learn is that social media is not real life. Getting likes on social media is no guarantee of success offline, and likewise, hatedoms do not have an impact in the real world.
Not that I was ever going to support Eli Roth anyway (because I don't think the man's ever made a good film in his life), but add another name to the pile of "filmmakers who tried to sneak AI into their movies and hoped nobody would notice." www.polygon.com/eli-roth-ice...
Eli Roth Confirms He Used Generative AI in His New Movie 'Ice Cream Man':
The horror director confirmed using generative AI for the film, but it's still unclear exactly where it appears in the finished film.

Once again, if you use AI to "make" your movie, show, game, or book then I will not watch, play, or read it. You clearly didn't care that much about it, so why should the audience?
Catching up on X-Men '97, and the seventh episode definitely took a pretty big swing at a pretty complicated topic. Let's see if it managed to pull it off. youtu.be/YpLuGJlrWI8

You know when right-wing grifters are completely losing relevance when they're resorting to bringing back old drama that's been finished for years. Vic is now more recognized as a proven predator than a voice actor. The grift is as dead as his reputation. Stop living in the past.
Literally no one is doing this. Please get a job.
It's amazing to me that these knuckleheads think that we can't get through a day without AI when some of us don't even use it. Also I remember when AI meant artificial intelligence in robots, not this bullshit.
Yes. Easily. I don't use AI today. Or yesterday. Because I actually enjoy writing and researching stuff.
"I'm just asking questions" is another big red flag. Asking questions doesn't give you the right to be a bigot or to harass people. It is no different than "just following orders" as an excuse to justify horrible things.
I'm repeating myself, but it is really gross and hypocritical to me when politicians and pundits scream "protect women!" and "protect children!" when you know many of them either turn a blind eye to known abusers and sex pests. Or worse, are abusers themselves.
Well he's not in a super-litigious and harmful cult so I'm gonna say "no."

I've never used ChatGPT. If I'm absolutely honest, although I've heard of Claude, I'm not 100% sure what it is. I've never knowingly used an #AI tool. To me, this post reads like 'If pre-sliced cheese was suddenly banned, would you even know how to slice cheese manually?'
Guys like this don’t realize that they are the freak
We won't have to ban it. It's too expensive to run and it's been subsidized so heavily that when the financing runs out Claude and ChatGPT simply won't exist anymore.

Not only was she loudly right about everything and reviled for it, in 2017 O'Connor donated 30 years worth of clothes and makeup to trans girls in Ireland.
