Councils do so much more than the bins. Many councils are in charge of infrastructure projects such as sea defences. You know, seawalls, or perhaps an artificial slope to serve as a fish habitat while lessening wave energy. But then again this is exactly the type of guy for a leany reef install.

Sometimes someone asks me something and I don't catch it, so I say "what?" and they start to repeat the question and that plus whatever processing my brain has been doing in the background gets me the whole thing, so I interrupt them with the answer, which I worry seems rude. Does that sound rude?
