Two things. One of the main exploitation methods of those spreading misinformation is to take normal scientific arguments over details and suggest they imply doubt over an entire subject. The second, what is ‘at best’ supposed to imply other than that the idea that long covid itself is a lie?

This is nonsense. The (tiny) tuition fee rise seen so far is massively offset by over a decade of real terms cuts. Adjusting for inflation tuition fees are lower now than a decade ago - when the teaching grant was much larger.

Tonight, in Oxford Tommy Robinson and Laurence Fox addressed an empty chamber at almost midnight. This happened because Oxford residents, ordinary residents, showed up in their thousands to make clear that Oxford rejects the racist and divisive bile that Robinson and his ilk spread.

This is something we’ve been directly impacted by in Faversham. Hopefully now the “not our problem” stance from the police will change. Would be good if threats, harassment, intimidation, aggression and open racism were no longer tolerated. Not holding my breath though…

Since UK courts can no longer be trusted to tell juries what they are doing, juries must simply find all defendents "not guilty" until they stop.
