I mean I guess, but the problem with 1 is that it's not nearly as important as the weight it carries in real housing debates. And tbh it's usually used pretty loosely, some old guy told me that maple leaf in seattle hasn't gentrified yet like cap hill... so he just hates change

Turns out that bald eagles actually make a chirping noise so the red-tailed hawk is the eagle’s voice actor! All this time. Everyone quietly lies and subs in the hawk. Everyone in the US!

I am really struggling to see how this is different from a Republican position of denying knowledge, tools, and technology to low income, disadvantaged neighborhoods.
